[T3] VWType3.Org @ half-speed

To all:

	Our presence provider (alabanza.com) appears to have just disabled
server side includes & global .cgi on the server that hosts VWType3.Org.
The srm.conf file which enables these features is a file that I don't hae
permission to change; I was unable to override with AddType lines in the
.htaccess file.

	This means (among other things!) that the classifieds are down and
that the language translation footers (as well as general page header &
footer inclusion) are disabled.

	I have a notice into tech support, and expect this to be fixed on
Monday.

	(My work Web pages are also hosted by Alabanza, but on a different
physical server; these features have not been disabled there.)
