As I think I indicated; my preference to avoid loaded shocks is in large part due to my ignorance of the original engineering and handling specifications. As a rule, if I don't know the ins-and-outs of a possible deviation from the stock setup of something, I tend to leave well enough alone. I have made some big mistakes in the past, and find that, for my time and money, stock is the most economical.
