Tire pressure for radials are 18 psi for front & 28 psi in rear.
The windshield washer reservoiris pressurised from the spare tire.
The pressure from the spare should be at 42 psi for a Fasty & 56 psi for a SB.
If no fluid comes from the jets when the washer button is depressed make sure
there are no loose connections, split or breaks in the tubing/pipes & that the
reservoir is pressurised correctly. Also make sure the jets are clear. Use a
fine, but stiff wire to clean these out.
