18.5mm sounds like a candidate for about an SAE 15/16" to me.  I'd look at
the Yank stuff, assuming you were serious.

	These wQG!Klippan brand belts.  And yes, they are 2 point
safety
	harness-style.  Probably killed more people than they saved.

	My Square came without seat belts at all.  They were not required in
	Finland until 1971 - something I enjoy explaining to the local

	whenever they pull me over during one of their, "seat belt
enforcement
	campaigns."  I have had to prove the year make of my Square (1967)
so that
	I can escape being issued a citation on several ocassions.  One
local foot
	patrolman has stopped me twice!  He wasn't too amused when asked him
if he
	would be interested in doing some real police work instead, like
finding
