Excellent evaluation from Everett!!
I think around $2500 is a realistic number, especially in the west where
there is more competition. Sounds like it has been cheezily maintained and
the rubber alone is $$ to replace.
He wont get anywhere near $5900 for it but may go as high as the early
3K's for an eager buyer. In the end its not what anyone is asking foir it
its what it will actually sell for.
If you dont put all your EGGS in one CRATE you might eventually end up
with that CRATE.
