[T3] Careless posts to our list

Dear folks,

	Please, please endeavor to keep the content closely related to Type
III VWs.  Lately we've had...

	o a small collection of mis-directed bus posts
	o a Beetle accesory post
	o an *actual* virus (at least for those of you still using Wintel;)
	o unsub requests
	o Star Wars toys

Also, while folks are quite friendly and the tone here is very nice for a
list of this volume, the chatter tends to bring the signal-to-noise ratio
down a bit; consider replying personally instead of to the list when
appropriate.

	(When I used to handle all subscription changes by hand, believe
me:  when postŽ…ëŸto drift off-topic, there would be a wave of unsubs!)

	Another personal pet peeve of mine:  please edit heavily when
replying; there is rarely any good reason to include much (if any) of the
post to which you're responding.

	I shall probably create an automated weekly posting with
unsubscription instructions... and I'd rather not install an auto-rejector
for messages that quote too much... :(
