Probably fall foul of the police in the UK.  I'm sure we have a law
against dangerous things on the front of a car (except Roo bars on
SUVs).

A question... Longhorn cattle is unfortunally very rare up here in
scandinavia.
Would Elk (Moose) or Reindeer horns do as well? We have
thirteen-on-the-dozen of those creatures!  ;-)
