yeah, but only if the front end in compressed as when hitting a bump.  if
the rear and front suspensions are made to go through their travel at the
same time and the car maintains its original angle (whatever that is) then
caster shouldn't be affected.

if only the front suspension goes through its arc, then the car's angle is
changed and caster is lost in some amount.
