Just stick them in.  You may get discolouration of the reflectors in time.
I think you also remove the metal bulb covers from the reflectors as the
bulbs (globes) have a black painted cap.  Keep fingers off glass of globe
(need to remove finger marks with meths if you touch them or they go brown
when hot and overheat).
In the USA they don't have separate bulbs (globes).
