1 hour from Chicago in NW Indiana. Almost restored car. Fuel injection works perfectly--it's wonderful. Interior (seats-no rips, headliner-no rips, dashpad-two VERY small cracks from speaker grille to the front edge almost unnoticeable, instruments, trim) in MUCH better condition than you'd expect for a 28 year old car. In fact, I'd call it a 9 out of 10 & I'm picky. The carpet needs replaced because of the only thing wrong with the car. It was hit in the front & repaired badly. Only damage was to the fenders & fenderwells. I have two used fenders in excellent condition. No damage to the nose. These places & the usual rust under the feet in the front of the pan were badly covered over & then carpeted (interior) by a previous owner. So, the rust just continued. I have cut out the rust. I have repair metal to patch. I have fabricated replacement heater channels. One is installed. I have replacement fiberglass pans. All that remains to be done is patch the inner fenderwell holes, install the replacement heater channel, bolt up the pans, put the fenders back on & paint it. Roof rack with new wood slats is included. The rest of the body is beautiful. Glass is in excellent condition. Rubber is great. I DON'T want to sell this car, but our impending international move forces the sale. I've just run out of time. A little elbow grease, paint job, & a carpet set & you have a beautiful, drive it anywhere car. I'd like to get $800, but I'll take best offer. I'll even consider delivery; I just need it out.
