Thanks Todd! I'm going to go through the tool drawer and brass bar stock at work tommorow. Otherwise I'll try the Schley route. I didn't realize the bushing was so thin. Now I understand why you ream the bushing after pressing it in (to control the ID). Once I get the carbs off the motor and out of that darn engine compartment it should become more obvious.
