[T3] butterflies


Actually,
	doesn't the butterfly have some adjustment to it?  On many carbs (SU's
and Webers fer sher) the butterfly slips into a slot in the throttle
shaft.  You assemble it loosely, close the throttle and center the
butterfly, then clamp it in place with the screws.
