Even if they're not the matching part no, they could still work, because the pump is pulse-triggered and adjustable. There's a set of breaker points inside the fan motor that closes every 33rd revolution of the fan, sending a pulse to the fuel pump which then squirts a little amount of fuel up the line. This can pretty easily be measured and adjusted! Check out this procedure at: http://www.concentric.net/~tommymi/412/manuals/ba4/ba4_13k.htm They make a fuss about the rpm of the fan in this decription. I made this adjustment last year on my heater - I just let the heater fan run for two minutes with thew glow plug disconnected and measured the amount of fuel collected in a measuring glass. Aviod smoking by doing this! Then I adjusted the fuel pump as described to squirt the correct anmount. Now it works fine! In my case, the initial problem was that the points had clogged, and didn't deliver any pulses at all, and thus no fuel. Check that, too! The fan is a little coplicated to pull apart, but it can be done without special tools. There's a little lock screw securing the fan, that is easy to overlook. It can be reached through a hole in the side of the fan wheel. DON'T try to pry it off! Things WILL bend and your heater is ruined... I think I have xerox copys of a BN2 manual somewhere in my garage - I will try to scan them.
