The engine does not use the fuel at this rate...  this is the rate that the
fuel is able to flow through the fuel LOOP ---   as the fuel system also has a
return line to the fuel tank...... I can't remember the exact number of times,
but the fuel in the tank makes the round trip journey from the fuel tank to
the engine and back a number of times before it runs low...........
