[T3] part number for notch dist.

Can anyone tell me what the part number for my notch's distributor should
be? or where I could find the information?

I have a '64 notch 1500 (no letter designation). The distributor (vacuum
advance) was replaced about two years ago and I am beginning to think that
it may be the source for some trouble I've been having. Wrong one maybe?

Looking at the distributor that is in the car now it looks like its simply
a 009 from a type 1.
