Re: [T3] Steering doughnut failures?


The steering gear mounting clamp has two slots in it, one of 
which aligns with a groove on the front end crossbar.  There 
are two slots, one for type 34 and one for all other type 3.  
The type 34 has a different 0®" column angle.  It might 
be that your steering gear clamp was remounted using the 
wrong alignment slot.
