I unclogged mine last Fall. Remove your door panels, and you will probably find lots of dirt and crud sitting on the bottom inside the doors. Clean it all out, poke around, and you will find your drain holes (slits, really). One at the very front and one at the very rear. You'll probably also find a lot of surface rust in there that you wouldn't even know was there if you didn't take the time to clean this area out. I coated this with Corroless (rust conversion primer) and then with a coat of Rust-oleum spray paint.‡ è this will help keep my doors from rusting inside out. -Mark.
