[T3] hot air/oil cooler

I've been trying to cure a problem with excessivew hot air getting into the
passenger area, making it extremely hot inside.  I've covered up some
possible sources around the engine.  I'm wondering if the oil cooler is
supposed to be completly covered by tin.  I can see about one inch of the
cooler on the right end, the rest is covered by tin.
