I am having a problem with my '70 squareback that is driving me crazy though. After driving it a while it has a problem of wanting to die when I take my foot off the gas. It will--idle then almost cut off--idle then almost cut off--idle then almost cut off--idle then almost cutoff--etc...... It does not do this when it is cold though. The weird thing is that it tries to die but never has. I have adjusted the idle, replaced the wires and plugs, had the timing set but nothing seems to help.
