Phil, What exactly did Toby do to his oil system last night? Hopefully between that and the timing change, there will be some improvement. Hey, I put in a stiffer clutch last night...What a difference! Busted the rear end loose in first and second:@0 Don't recommend doing it much, but once was kinda fun! This motor has all kinds of torque. I also ported the rear engine surround and have significantly improved the flow of air to the fan. I can't hardly get the motor over and oil temp. of 180*F now. This makes me very happy. Since the Notch has to have a repaint...I was thinking of that 98 Ford Metallic Orange, kind of a burnt orange color. Saw it on a "Splash" and the color explodes off of the fender curves in the sun. I figured that with all the curves on a 3 it would look great. Any body out there have an extra set of flat lenses to part with? I have a great steering wheel I would swap for it. What about the fresh air collectors under the front vents? I would like a set to close the breezeway under the dash for the duration. How much? Finally, I am going to get vanity plates for the car. Having trouble desiding between 1BAD311 and I8AV8.
