So is this pencil trick for verifying TDC correct? It makes sense; it all adds up. But I thought that TDC wasn't EXACTLY TDC - that it was a little before True TDC (kind of like magnetic north) . Thats what seems to be implied in Muir in the Performance section of the book. Any comments?
