If nose up | without the | MCB, a collection of fluid in the tunnel or the front | frame fork | might stay there. I think you've answered my question. The car had been moved in and out of my garage (either under my own power or it's own). So it could be the problem. I'm hoping. Garage is elevated and pushing it in and out would have made a rocking action and pushed the fluid up and down the tunnel I suppose. Last night I stood on the brake pedal as had as I could. Not reduction in the fulid level of the resoviour and I had plenty of brakes. Ie Hard. I'm hoping your right. | but who did the reconditioning?). Reconditioned by the same guy who has done the two rear wheel cylinders and two further MBC. I've never had a problem with his work before so am ruling that out. No leaks on any part of the MBC that I've found. | The rubber boot on the rear of the MBC has a small drain | hole at the | bottom. Is it moist? No The only moist area is either side of the tunnel in the front bulkhead. Inside on the floor of the car is dry. Can only assume that the pipe might have "spring a leak".
