If you lift up your carpet that goes around your shifter and stuff. Pull that out and on the drivers side by the chasis you know where the shifter is but on the drivers side in my 71 there is a line that runs via VW floor. and theres 2 tabs about a foot or two apart. On the tab closest to the gas petal, thats where is rusted my rear main brake line! So ALL OF YOU TYPE 3 PEOPLE check this area for rust and clear out all debris at once. Because it could cost you your car if this line brakes!!!!! Good Luck everyone! I will need more than that!hehe >From Chris Swafford:www.geocities.com/motorcity/garage/4265/ 537Buckeye 36LSB S.W.
