I've never seen Euro Type 3s without the chrome strips in the window rubbers, and we got a pretty basic one over here in the UK. Aluminium painted vent-wings, no waist trim, no bumper rubbers, no carpet, just rubber mats, and nothing on the rear footwell bulkhead, no armrests in rear, no passenger sun-visor (but most agents fitted them). This was in the '70s on the twin carb version, but the FI came with the side trim and carpet as a TE. TLE had the works (special order only). Dave.
