"When we have shuffled off this mortal coil..." Hamlet must have owned a T3, but if he had had as great a resource as this discussion group, he wouldn't have been such a doleful Dane! Thanks to all who responded, but especially to The Oracle of Toby who nailed the problem. I towed the SqBk home last night, ripped out the Pertronix ignition and put the standard points back in the dizzy. Yoiks! Goes like stink! No problems with the ten mile trip this morning. You know, in a way this was like having a Shakespearean Festival. Can't you just imagine seeing these on the stage: Julius Caesar: "I come to bury the Squareback, not to praise it." Hamlet: "Out, out damned Pertronix!" Twelfth Night: "Thou sayest it took that long to find the problem?" As You Like It: "The varlet knave is freed from his Chrysler LeBaron." All's Well That Ends Well: "Tis wonderful to drive yon Square of Back again!" Sensing the need for cultural uplift among this technical group, I close with my favorite quote from Hamlet's soliloquy: TB or not TB, that is congestion... Ah yes, inspiration for us all. Thanks for all the help, sympathy, and Shakespearean allusions you volks sent me. It is GREAT to be back in the Square!
