Speaking of 'buzzy' sounds...I launched the baffle in my Stinger on Sunday, somewhere, and boy oh boy does it make a difference! I was BRAAAPPING and LOUD all over town. Don't think the neighbors were too pleased with my 6:30am wake-up call Monday morning, either :) The engine is noisy but an unmuffled Stinger is even louder! I promptly snagged a baffle and installed it last night and even I'm happier with the quieter muffler. I don't have to push my amplifier as high now to listen to my music :) A note to those thinking about using a Stinger muffler with baffle: Be sure to drill a hole in the baffle flange and Stinger so you can put a cotter pin or screw in to make sure the baffle stays in the Stinger. I did do this, of course, but the constant high pressure of my engine finally won over the Stinger and the metal ripped...oops. I have a new Stinger and I plan on having it ceramic coated (along with some other exhaust parts...). I'll let y'all know how this goes when ever it may happen.
