[T3] Fog light

    Is anyone familiar with old auto
accesories?  I got a vintage fog light
out of my neighbors garden last month,
and I'm looking for a match.
    I also want to know what the heck
this thing is.  How old, how rare, how
well do they work etc.
    It is chromed, shaped like a huge
M&M, with an amber 4 & 5/8 sealed beam
"bulb".  It has a riveted on label on
the top that says "B-L-C 4&5/8, Made in
USA"  and stamped in (like a serial #)
"12 A".
    I think I've seen these things at
car shows, but I wasn't paying attention
at the time...
