The flexible connecting pipe is a part that comes up occasionally, but often is in bad condition from a scrap car. I certainly have one side NOS, but they are different lengths. The insulating cover can be easily detached by taking the staples out of the seam. With care they can be recycled, and indeed clean up rather well. They are PVC with glassfibre cloth inside. You could remake them quite easily if you want a concours job. The fresh air hose is 28mm id corrugated, if that's any help. Its another piece I buy when I see it; it's almost impossible to remove it successfully from around a rusty tube. Dave. I don't wanna freeze I assume you're talking about the large flex tubes that go from the heater boxes to the thermostat housings on the body. snipped The tubes I'm looking to replace are the paper\foil cool air ones that go from the fan extension tubes to the top of the thermostats. I was lucky enough to pick up a new set 10 years back, but it's time for replacements. Haven't found a substitute for those yet, nor the insulating blankets around those big flex tubes, either. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Search old messages on the Web!
