[T3] oil drain plug

Hi
I'm trying to do an oil change for the first time! How do I get the oil drain
plug out? I looked at the engine diagram on your website and found where it is
on the car, at the bottom of the differential housing but there's a concave
sort of thing there, almost like you'd need a 21mm ALLEN wrench to turn
anything. What's up?
