You may also need the clamp for the bottom end and the rubber connector bellows for the top. I can probably come up with the clamp, you can probably make a bellows from a large bicycle inner tube. That will cut through any corrosion that may have formed. If that doesn't fix your problem, then you need to look elsewhere. Make sure your fuse element is not broken in the middle.
