They were lots of fun, in an adolescent sort of way. 68 Cat (sedan; just a driver) 65 Cat 2+2 (334hp 421, ohmigod *how* fast are we going? 12 sec 1/4) 65 GP (400 - bummer. pretty fast, though) 64 GP (55K original. Lots o options. Nice car) 61 Ventura ("Bubble Top" too hard to find parts for) 59 Star Chief (ah, my old baby. What a car.) > ---------- > From: Philip Dillard[SMTP:dillardp@edu-suu-lifac.li.suu.edu] > Reply To: Dillard@suu.edu > Sent: Monday, November 16, 1998 5:28 AM > To: type3@vwtype3.org > Subject: [T3] Where have all the T3s gone? > > After my conference in Raleigh, N.C., I drove to the Outter Banks, > then up thru Virginia into Washington, D.C., and on to Baltimore. > > I NEVER SAW EVEN ONE T3 THE WHOLE TRIP! > > Awright, you folks on the east coast, whadya do all day long...sit on > the couch?
