I would guess that your mileage would drop as the P/Cs lose sealing, but that's only a guess. If you have carbs, they won't respond to the rise in engine temp as the piston blowby increases, there will just be a slow loss of HP as the engine efficiency goes down. Your city mileages sound a tad low, but your trip mileages are a bit high (i'd be concerned about overheating from running a bit lean), but my guess is that you must have carbs, so I really don't have much experience to compare with here.
