RE: [T3] Handbrake not fully engaged.


It sounds like you need to adjust your rear brake shoes as per instructed in
the Haynes, Bentley or Idiot's Guide shop manuals.  Or, second guess, you
may need to adjust the cables where they attach to the e-brake handle (check
the shoes first).

The e-brake handle, when the parking brakes are properly adjusted, need only
click about 6 times, maximum.  I'd need to check my own manual to make sure,
but I know it isn't much.
