[T3] door part number

I have five NOS passenger door shells for sale, part number is supposed
to be 311831052C. But I haven't been able to figure out which car and
year they are for. The original VW part number sticker has faded on all
the doors but a previous owner wrote that number with the "C" on the
doors. Anyway, if anyone has a parts manual that can tell me the info on
the doors I would appreciate it.
