Clutch problems can be exasperating to try to figure out.  Here are 
some other things to check:

Crankshaft end play, flywheel runout, burrs or dirt on the end of the 
crank or in the socket in the flywheel that would make it run out of 
true.  Look for a nicely ground flywheel surface.  Since you have 
already replaced the disk, PP and throwout bearing, these are 
probably not the culprits.

It is possible that a cheap driven disk could cause problems, but I 
really have never seen that.

Oil should not affect the mount.  Make sure the clutch tube is 
properly slipped over the body tube where it attaches at the front of 
the tranny.
