I'm running Dual throat WEBER 40mm DCNF's on a 1970cc Type 4 motor.  The
carbs came to me from the local junk yard at the bargain price of £40 ($65)
. They were originally fitted to an MG(Austin) Maestro, a crappy British
shed of a car, but the carbs are a bargain compared to brand new ones.
Added bonus is they fit under the decklid on a Type 3.
