They're not specific to T3, and you can get them from just about any

Your engine runs like crap if it runs at all.

Experience teaches the sound of a little too much or too little advance, 
it's not something that can be described in a sentence or two. Those 
of us working with only one engine use the standard procedure for 
regular maintenance described in every service manual to keep the timing 
in the sweet spot.
