Sonny, It depends. Paint can be $15 a quart up to $70 a quart. Do you want the fender matched to your existing paint? If so, there would be extra labor for the matching. Unless you are an expert at using a spray bomb, the shop would still want to wet sand the fender to get a uniform substrate, probably removing the majority of the primer you've already put on. Once they had wet sanded, they might find imperfections that may need to be repaired before the primer went on. Just to prime it and shoot it shouldn't be over $200. You might not be happy with the results if you did this though. To do it right would probably be $300 to $400. I wouldn't try painting it myself unless I knew how and had a paint booth.
