Hello again... I already ask this question once last week, but I am going to re-post in hopes of someone knowing the answer to my problem...Here is what happened when I did the timing on my car for the first time... 1. Adjust the points using feeler gauge and tach-dwell meter 2. rotate enging near firing position no. 1\ 3. hookup timing light to ground and put the hot end onto terminal 1 on the coil 4. begin rotating engine towards firing position 1... 5. watching the light and the timing notch, the light lights up at notch number 1 (10deg btc i think). 6. continue turning engine past the first notch 7. Light stays on until I pass the last timing notch Is this supposed to happen? I Changed the points fearing that the points had crap in them...I just don't understand...I would really like to get the car running well THanx Hunter
