Jeff, are you sure you're using the correct seals when you install the
cooler?, or do you mean the cooler itself has self-destructed in some
fashion?  Also, do you have an oil pressure guage?, and if so, what are
your readings like?  NAPA has a mechanical oil pressure guage for about
$16.00 that you may want to consider buying just for testing purposes if
you don't want to install one permanently.
