Greetings, Although I read my digest everyday I haven't posted much. My 69 fastback that I purchased 8 months ago is finally on the road and running great.(knock on wood) I had my share of set backs but it really is a nice daily driver. I wasn't sure a few times if I was going to keep it and I did have an offer of $2500 for it a few weeks ago but I think I want to work with and drive a bit more first. My questions are about replacing rubber and general restoration. Are window rubbers that except the stock molding still available? If so any tip's on where and how to do it or a reliable source in Maryland that does that kind of detailed work as well as maybe instal headliners? Also, what are your thoughts on putting a California top in a good shape mostly original Fastback? Will this decrease it's stock value? or will it help it's value? Plus it seems really cool and not that hard a job? Any thoughts, comments, sources would be appreciated!
