Chad, you can stay with your 15x5.5, just switch to a different tire size! I am running 195/60 on my baby's 15x5.5 (and I lowered her 2 notches as well). Others run 195/50 or 195/55 (the 55's are more expensive). Going to a lower profile tire will also lower your ride -- this will exacerbate any poor handling characteristics that you may have now. However, along with the wider rim the low profile tire will give you improved road handling (well, so long as you aren't trying to drive straight :) Toby Erkson air_cooled_nut@pobox.com <-- Please use this address for email '72 VW Squareback 1.6L bored and stroked to 2.0L '75 Porsche 914 1.8L, ORPCA member Portland, Oregon, http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/8501/ > -----Original Message----- > I believe the wheels are 15x5.5 with 165R15 or something like > that and they > rub.
