T3: WCM's Guarantee, SB camper attachment, update

I was just wondering how much luck people have had getting WCM to follow
through on their lifetime guarantee. I ordered a bunch o' stuff from WCM
today on the fact that if anything started leaking in a few years I'd be
able to return it. I know a couple mentioned that their cal-look seals
were leaking after only a few years...any luck getting the replacement you
deserve from WCM?

In other news I'm making progress getting my new 69 squareback to the point
where I'm comfortable driving it...I unstuck the driver's seat and remived
all seats/interior, went at the floor pans with an angle grinder (w/
braided wire wheel attachment) and found more signs of the PO's mickey
mouse resto...then I worked on the rust some more with a wire brish (in
those hard-to-reach places) and gave it a thick coat of rusty metal primer.
Then a full coat of rust resistant black...now I'm going to patch the few
pin holes that the grinder revealed with JB Weld (until I can locate the
necessary repair panels (retrofit new ghia pan metal or cut good section
from junk car) and coat it with black again...towels instead of tar boards
under the carpet until I install my new window seals (so I can throw 'em in
the dryer after driving in the rain). Basically I want to make the car
last as long as possible until I can locate the needed repair panels and
fir them for welding (probably late this summer or early next year).

Also, anyone know anything about the squareback camper attachment shown in
the new type III parts list (that web site from Big Al)? Are they merely
brackets for the rear seat back that make it hinge over the seat bottom?

Anyway, any info would be greatly appreciated.
