T3: Lots of questions!

Hi all,  ( I hope this gets to you guys.)

I'm rebuilding my 69 SB, and I have a few questions:

Is there any way to put a larger brake caliper (from 72 on up) on a 69
brake rotor?  If not, can you put on a whole 72 setup without changing
everything?  Is it even worth it?  (I have to change a bunch of stuff that
went bad, so I thought that I might try it.)

Wheels:
Will a 7" wheel work on a SB without fender adjustment?

Has anybody put in a three speed wiper motor out there?  Suggestions?

Has anybody used velour panels?  Tweed?  Are they reliable, and take some
abuse?

This has probably been asked to death, but:  What is the best full flow oil
filter?
