I have a 65 squareback everthing is original as far as I know. It is a 1500s and I have to put it for sale. I bought it is Bellingham Wash, but I live in Vancouver Canada. I bought it for $700 US and in order to transfer it into my name I have to go through more red tape and paper work to drive it. The Pan is rusty and I can't afford to get new steel welded into it. I put a new clutch, disk, and tranny seal in it. I fiberglassed the pan Put new carpets, etc in it. ummm I also have a notch on the go and there is no way in hell that I can afford to do both. It is much easier for me to sell it to someone back in the US because I haven't registered in Canada yet. All the numbers match, I have all the service records for it for the past 30 years, It is a very good potential stock show'er but I am going to sell it anyway. All I want it what I paid for it (700 US) so I can put into my notch Pictures available on request. Ted Ingram (604)597-8844 or Potbelly@direct.ca It was brought from Germany in 65 The only thing that doesnt work on it is the high beam switch and that is it. If someone wants me to, I can drive it back down to Bellingham to the guy I bought it from. He sold it to me because his wife it pregnant and She made him sell it. Anyone interested, give me a shout. I will scan pictures of it. (It is pretty rough looking because I have been working on it day any night. L8r
