T3: CONCEPT 1

I drove a Concept 1 today.  Peppy, Snow on the roads so I couldn't find out
how it handles.  Very nice car.
$17,500    New Concept or a New Minivan---    HHMMM  Three kids ---Oh well
so much for the Conecept.

On type-3 interests, I started my Fast a few days ago, He has been in
storage since OCT.,  It spun over slowly. I don't think it was the Battery,
it did it when I pumped the Gas.  If I didn't touch the Gas , it spun fine.
Any thoughts?
