My diagnostic computer says that there is a problem with my intake air temp sensor (the one that lives below and to the right of the intake air distributer and underneath the air cleaner). I have a '69 FI AT Fastback with the original modified cold start system. The sensor on my car has one prong. According to the book (How To Keep Your Volkswagen Alive) and the parts dealer, it should have two and that it can be tested via the brain connectors 1 and 13. We get infinity with both pins and the single wire connected to our single prong sensor. Question: Is my particular car supposed to have a one or two prong sensor? If it's supposed to have a one-prong sensor, where does the other wire go? And where would I find it? Becky '69 FI AT Fastback w/original modified cold start system
