T3: no umph!

Hi,
My fastback has no umph once again.  I replaced the spark plugs and
wires about a month ago, and it was running great.  Now, it is very
sluggish again.  I only drive it about 5 miles a day, so don't know why
it is doing so bad already.  When I am at a stop light and then start to
go again, it seems to hesitate before it responds.  Then, is pretty slow
once again.  Any ideas what I need to check now?
