First, thanks for all the "cool" ideas about desert driving. Actually, I have been driving in the desert most of my life. In my younger days, however, the heat didn't bother me. My mantras were "Too Tough to Care" and "It's Only Pain." Now that I am a Senior Citizen (translation: old fart), the notion of comfort appeals to me a little bit more. On another topic, my SqBk needs a new paint job (I painted it myself in my garage about 6 years ago...and it's time for a re-do). I am considering doing the minor body work here at home, buying a gallon of paint to take with me, and having the car sprayed in Mexico. Does anyone out there have any stories to tell about getting a car painted in Mexico? Horror stories? Happy-ending stories? Caveats? Thanx... Phil dillard@suu.edu
