I believe Keith Park mentioned that he had some early mufflers. He is on the list, but currently on vacation. Leave him a note and I'm sure he'll get back to you when he can. I agree that welding/brazing a heat riser pipe to a more modern muffler is a very reasonable thing to do. Jim BTW, it would be nice if you could set your mailer to wrap long lines.
